This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use Buy It HERE, why, and your choices. By using the site you agree to it.

1. What we collect

Account info — the email address and (if you use one) the password you create. Social logins (Discord/Google) share only your email and account id.
Order info — the products you buy, amounts, and the wallet/crypto payment metadata needed to confirm payment and deliver your order.
Technical data — basic request logs (IP, timestamp, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To create your account, process payments, and deliver your purchases.
To provide support and prevent fraud/abuse.
To send order and account emails, and — only if you opt in — occasional product updates (unsubscribe any time).

3. Payments

Crypto payments are processed by our own gateway, Accept Crypto HERE (non-custodial). We never see or store card numbers. Fiat top-ups are reconciled from the payment-provider confirmation only; we do not access your payment account.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising/tracking cookies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service (e.g. the payment gateway, our hosting) and where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep account and order records while your account is active and as needed for legal/accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and opt out of marketing, by contacting us on our Discord.
