Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so as a rule all sales are final. That said, we want you to get what you paid for — here's when we'll make it right.

Replacements

If a delivered item is invalid or doesn't work on arrival, we'll replace it. Contact us on Discord within 24 hours of purchase with your order id and a short proof (e.g. a screen recording from invoice load through the failed activation).

Not eligible

Items that worked on delivery and later stopped due to changes by the upstream provider (we're a reseller and don't control third-party platforms).
Buyer's remorse / "changed my mind" after a working item was delivered.
Loss of access caused by the buyer (e.g. losing your own email/account).

Wallet balance

Wallet top-ups aren't refundable to cash, but your balance stays usable across all the HERE sites.

Open a ticket on our Discord with your order id. Approved replacements are issued promptly.
